By purchasing a Miami Beach Party Tours club entry package you accept the following terms and conditions:

Participation Restrictions

To gain entrance into the clubs you must be 21 years of age and in possession of valid identification. Although door policies at individual venues may vary usually only a non-expired license or passport are accepted. A strict dress code applies. Miami Beach Party Tours caters to an upscale crowd and it's dress to impress. Guys will not be allowed in if they are wearing sportswear, jerseys, shorts, tanks, baggy jeans, sandals, tennis shoes, and baseball caps. Girls dress code is not as strict but still avoid sneakers, sportswear, and baseball caps. Girls must wear high heels or wedges. Not following dress code can cause you to be denied entry. The entry is at the doorman's discretion. No refunds will be given if you do not follow proper dress code or show up with valid identification and therefore are denied entry.

Cancellation Policies

If due to circumstances beyond our control, it proves necessary for us to cancel your event, a full and immediate refund will be issued or an alternative date offered. Miami Beach Party Tours cannot take responsibility if you do not use your purchase; there are no refunds for failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point or your chosen club at the agreed time. Cancellations must be made in writing 3 days prior to your scheduled event date. After that payments are non-refundable but if a problem arises and you cannot make your scheduled event you have up until 2 hours before your agreed meeting time begins to notify Miami Beach Party Tours that you would like to go on a different date. The customer can choose an alternative date up to a year from the event date originally scheduled. No refunds will be given to those who do not choose to reschedule their club outing.

Accountability

On Miami Beach Party Tours tours alcohol is often consumed. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well being. Miami Beach Party Tours does not encourage any clients to engage in dangerous activities or to drink excessively. Miami Beach Party Tours does not accept any responsibility if the client drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result. Any person who is injured either prior, during, or after utilizing the services of Miami Beach Party Tours shall not hold Miami Beach Party Tours or any of it’s managers or employees responsible. Miami Beach Party Tours will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from injury to personal property or injury to a person.

Accessibility

All packages offered are subject to blackout dates. Unless otherwise specified, packages are not available on New Year’s Eve or other certain holidays. Packages may incur supplemental charges on holidays. In a rare instance if a club is at maximum capacity and further admissions are not permitted due to health and safety requirements then a substitute club will be offered. Management at individual clubs reserve all rights. Miami Beach Party Tours is not held responsible if a client is denied entry or asked to leave the club by management due to their behavior or their intoxication level and no refunds will be given in this case.

Contract

​Miami Beach Party Tours is a fully licensed operation. Your contract with us is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and is subject to Florida Law and jurisdiction. Clients booking by telephone or e-mail will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and have accepted them. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Miami Beach Party Tours has received notice via email or phone of the booking. It is at this point that a contract between Miami Beach Party Tours and the client comes into existence. No term of this agreement may be amended, waived, or modified without a written agreement executed by both parties. It is agreed between all parties to this agreement that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Miami Beach Party Tours.
